Who is responsible
57 Runner is operated by Custom Jewellery by 57 Ltd, trading as 57 Jewellers. The company is registered in England and Wales (number 15839230). Its published contact address is 69 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8JT. For privacy questions or requests, contact xavier.barlow01@gmail.com.
Information used by the game
- Accounts: your email address, account identifier, authentication information, verification and recovery requests. Login sessions use security tokens. Please never send your password or verification codes to support.
- Progress and rankings: your player name, run results and gameplay observations, lives, selected equipment, owned items and saved progress. When using online rankings, your player name and eligible score can be visible to other players. Rankings use basic screening; they are not a real-world prize competition.
- Optional player contact details: if you save a phone number or Instagram handle in Player Details, they are kept privately with your account for winner contact if an eligible giveaway is later opened. They are not displayed on the leaderboard or used for marketing. Saving them does not enter a giveaway or verify the number. You can clear these optional fields or delete your account.
- Purchases and rewards: product and transaction references, delivery and refund status, owned items, completed video attempts, redeemed codes and box-opening history. These records let us deliver and recover items and prevent duplicate rewards. Apple handles payment details; the game does not receive your full card or bank details.
- Support: messages and any screenshots or details you choose to send. Hide private information before sending an image.
- Service operation: hosting and email services process network information such as IP addresses, request times, delivery status and security/error logs when your device connects.
Sound settings, local practice progress and pending actions may be saved on your device. On iPhone, the game stores sign-in tokens in the system Keychain.
Why this information is used
Account, progress and delivery information provides the features you request. Security and transaction records help prevent abuse, investigate errors and reconcile deliveries. Support information is used to answer your request. Information may also be retained or disclosed where the law requires it.
For UK and EEA users, the relevant bases are performance of the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the game and resolving support requests, and legal obligations where applicable. Any feature requiring consent must obtain it before that use.
Videos and advertising
The current release configuration uses optional supplied 57 Runner videos for digital life rewards. It records attempts and completion to award the correct reward once. Google advertising SDKs are bundled in the app, but publisher advertising is disabled in this configuration. This notice must be updated before enabling a different advertising or tracking setup.
The game does not add cross-app behavioural advertising or a general-purpose marketing analytics service in this configuration. This support site uses no added analytics scripts or advertising cookies; its hosting provider still processes connection information.
Services that process information
Supabase provides account, database and server functions. Cloudflare provides account-email delivery and this support website. Apple provides App Store distribution and payments. Google’s Gmail service processes support messages sent to the contact address. Providers process information needed for those services, and Apple separately handles information under its own privacy policy.
The primary game database is hosted in Ireland. Provider operations, support and email delivery may involve other countries. Their published information describes their processing locations and transfer arrangements: Supabase, Cloudflare, Apple and Google. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your data.
Retention and deletion
Account information and saved progress remain while your account is active. A completed account deletion removes the login account and associated profile, equipment, inventory and run records. Some transaction and reward-issuance records are retained with their account links removed, to reconcile receipts and prevent repeated delivery. Deleting an account does not erase Apple’s own transaction records or automatically request a refund.
Hosting backups, operational logs and support email are separate from the active game database. Retention depends on the purpose of the record: resolving an outstanding support request or dispute, reconciling transactions and preventing duplicate delivery, investigating a security incident, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and the hosting provider’s backup or log lifecycle. Deleting an active account does not immediately erase every backup. Contact us for information about records associated with your account.
Where available, use Profile → Delete Account and confirm your password. If you cannot sign in, or your installed version does not offer that option, email support to request deletion. Do not send your password.
Your choices and rights
You can play local practice without creating an account. Online saving and reward delivery need an account and the information necessary to operate them. You can sign out, change available preferences or request deletion.
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy of information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. UK users can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; other users may contact their local data-protection authority.
Changes and contact
Material changes to game data use will be reflected in an updated notice. Contact xavier.barlow01@gmail.com about this notice, your information or account deletion.
